What We Offer

Our functional area CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) is responsible for innovation and supply chain management as well as all commercial tasks of our business entities.

Within the business entity Specialty Films is Bayfol® HX a new, innovative film technology for diffractive light control based on ultra-thin, volume holographic optical elements.Commercial Operations develops in close collaboration with the application development team within Holographic Lightguiding (HLG) development and supply agreements for customer specific solutions. You will work in a global growth venture business serving an embryonic, complex technology market and highly dynamic fast moving industry.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will develop price concept options for specific business cases in the HLG business by:
  • Researching creative/disruptive price models that reflecta value pricing approach or are used in new markets
  • Adjusting these price models to HLG business, taking into account unique situation and factors special to each business case, and legal department’s consultation
  • Discussing and refining these models in discussions with Head of Commercial Operations HLG
  • Apart from this, you will support the commercial operations function on daily operations in sales, contract management and in marketing, and
  • Take over the project management of a collaboration with a HLG partner (meeting organization, minutes taking, action item tracking, communication etc.)

What You Offer
  • You are studying Business Administration with focus on Marketing, Sales or other price related studies and have ideally already gained some experience in pricing topics
  • You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills are required
  • You show good self-organization, a high degree of self-initiative and can work under time pressure
  • You can communicate very well and enjoy working in a global team
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills round off your profile

The internship position is ideally to be filled in full- or part-time from February 2023. The duration of the internship is 6 months.
