RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our professionally and culturally diverse team as soon as possible for 6 months as part of your mandatory internship in the field of Global Mobility. We offer you an exciting and versatile internship in which you will take on responsible tasks and gain a comprehensive insight into international relocation.
You work closely with our global relocation service provider, who advises our international assignees and supports them in organisational matters.
Along the process, you identify potentials for optimization and thus contribute to an improvement of our service quality.
In addition, you support the team in preparing reports with regard to agreed KPIs and costs.
You keep track of any changes to global transfer guidelines and provide support in communicating them to the service provider.
QUALIFICATIONS

enrolled student of business administration, ideally with a focus on HR
first practical experience in the field of international personnel transfers, in dealing with service providers and/or project management would be an advantage
distinct service mindset
strong Excel and analytical skills as well as good research abilities
convincing communication skills in English and preferably in German
