YOUR ROLE

  • Become a team member of the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Gain deep insights into the world of strategy management for Europe, India, Middle East and Africa for the Industrial Adhesive Technologies Business
  • Take part in the preparation of long-term strategies and gain a glimpse into real-world challenges from a large organization
  • Support the operationalization of business strategies and change management processes in alignment with key stakeholders
  • Support ad-hoc top management requests
  • Make use of your language skills in an international and multi-lingual working atmosphere

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business-related studies
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven analytical skills to break down complex problems, to handle comprehensive data sets and to derive fact-based decisions
  • Critical thinking to challenge the status-quo and to come up with new ideas
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully deal with stakeholders across regions, functions and levels
  • Highly motivated, self-organized, and ambitious team player
  • Availability as of January for six months
