Job Description
Job Title:ISP(Internet Service Provider) Account Manager - German speaking
Location:Düsseldorf, Germany
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to be part of our ISP team.
As a Sales Account Manager with a career progress to an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with the NEW ISP clients and overseeing our sales in Germany.
You will be also expected to respond to existing client’s requests, resolve their queries timely, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience and improve customer satisfaction.
You will be the point of contact between the sales team and our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Account Manager/Director is the team leader in our company in the CC3 team(Customer Centric 3), who is leading the Technique Solution Manager and Service Delivery Manager supporting by the big platform team to manage customer all requirements in a timely manner and in a good quality level
- Develop ISP new customers in German market and establish the relationship in business
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success end to end, from sales to delivery
- Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements.
- Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks
- Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner
- Negotiate contracts of products and services with clients
- Supervise the account representatives and sales management team to ensure the number of sales increase and achieve sales targets
- Report on the status of transactions and accounts
- Set and track down sale account targets that are aligned with the company’s objectives
- Monitor the sales metrics regularly
- Suggest suitable actions that can help improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of work experience (more than 3 years) as a Sales Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Administrator, or a similar role in sales departments in Telecommunication Market or ISP industry such as City carriers and U utilities
- Extensive experience in Sales and Customer Experience and relationship development will be an advantage
- Understand the Germany Telecommunication Market and also be familiar with the Telecommunication products and solution, especially FTTH solution, IP solution and DWDM solution etc.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of sales performance metrics and can present the ICT solutions in front of customers in a good way.
- Strong sales mindset with hunting spirit, working with proactive attitude and can organize tasks in a good structure.
- Strong Leadership and can organize the needed resource to achieve targets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Business acumen with problem-solving skills
- Understanding and be familiar with MS Office and other related office tools
- Strong willingness and desire to grow
- Good German and English speaking and can handle business in both fluent German and English
- Strong work ethic and team work spirit
