As an innovation specialist you play a key role in the user centric design approach of WOW Tech. By identifying problems, managing & leading explorative workshops and providing qualitative and quantitative insights towards the final product concept. Our product innovation always involves heavy user & customer involvement.

Tasks

  • You will create and lead innovation workshops
  • You will manage the development of ideas into customer centric, commercially, and technically feasible business propositions
  • You will acquire expertise on different innovation fields with regards to product development and WOW Tech Group strategy by research and other explorative methods
  • You will pitch ideas, develop product concepts and test within the innovation funnel
  • You will shape the future of the product roadmap
  • You will lead on future / trend analysis and define fields of actions
  • You will lead on technology & market research
  • You will take lead on user research projects: analysis of customer behaviour and user needs, conducting interviews and drafting empathy maps
Requirements

  • You are an expert in innovation management (workshop formats, co-development methodologies for idea generation, concept testing) and specialized innovation expertise (e.g. STEEP analysis, User Journeys, Empathy Maps, value proposition)
  • You have ability to recognize new business opportunities related to new solutions, ideas and growth opportunities
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, IT, UX/ Design+MBA or similar
  • You have a structured approach to solving complex challenges by explorative methods (i.e. Design Thinkings, Sprints, Workshops)
  • You have a proficient understanding of technology & business
  • You are an effective communicator and have a creative mindset towards problem identification & problem solving
  • You have experience in innovation & access to a vast methodological toolbox (including business, technology and consumer understanding)
