Your Tasks:

  • Fill vacancies by researching potential contacts and building a network of talent within their industry
  • Job posting in social media channels (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
  • Maintain current vacancies on internal as well as external careers websites
  • Analyse hiring trends
  • Organisation of recruiting events
  • Develop and implement a standardized recruiting process
  • First contact person to applicants
  • Organisation of interviews and meetings
  • Conducting interviews and candidate follow up
  • Onboarding of new employees

Your Profile:

  • University degree in business administration or apprenticeship/qualification as „IHK Personalreferent“ or similar
  • First proven working experience in the field of Recruitment
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Strong result orientation, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and English
