The Role & Responsibilities
Shape Wella’s recruitment strategy and workforce plans and recruit talents for Germany, Austria, France, and Switzerland including the Global Headquarter in Geneva, who match our expectations, vision, and values.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for:
- End to end recruitment process management from attraction to sourcing, interview, candidate’s assessment, selection, offer process and hire
- Executing Wella’s employer brand assets across media channels and for specialist campaigns
- Representing Wella at recruitment events such as career fairs and establishing collaborations with universities
- Implementation of recruiting and sourcing strategies and solutions, especially active sourcing
- Establishment and maintenance of an external talent pool
- Building and nourishing talent pipelines for future hiring needs through active candidate sourcing, job boards, referrals, internal talent pool, events etc.
- Partnering with leaders across geography / functions within their scope and fulfilling their hiring needs by creating and placing job advertisements that are a perfect fit and selecting the right channels for addressing candidates, including active sourcing
- Leveraging and managing recruitment agency / search partner contracts and channels
- Lead interviewer and hiring manager training across the entire company to ensure an amazing candidate experience and hiring standardization
- Provide quality feedback to all advanced candidates on selection outcome
- Proactively seeking and leading project work, which contributes to the efficiency and improvement of hiring
- Continuous improvement around the recruitment & interview processes, KPIs for all teams and across all locations
- Ability to leverage data that continuously supports the improvement of how we recruit, hire and retain talent
- Collaborate with the overall HR team to improve processes and uphold a seamless candidate to employee experience
- Proactively seeks and shares external insights, trends and best practices that help shape recruitment strategy and workforce plans in Germany, Austria, France, and Switzerland including the Global Headquarter in Geneva
- Partnering with local and regional HR to align talent priorities that help shape recruitment plans
- University degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- At least 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in an international company or consulting firm
- Experience in the implementation and application of modern and alternative recruiting methods and processes
- High customer and service orientation, responsibility, reliability, and accuracy
- Distinctive "Business Sense", agility and healthy pragmatism ("hands-on mentality")
- High communication skills and good expressiveness
- Strong social competence, especially self-initiative, team, and enthusiasm
- Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing
- Good knowledge of French
