Do you want to work with executive stakeholders and drive HR related needs across a global business function? Dematic is looking for HR Business Partners (HRBP) to support our Global Software Organization (GSO) in the Americas and EMEA.You will be a key member of the leadership team, working with executive leaders to establish the GSO organization and drive the strategic people objectives. You will act as an employee champion and change agent, collaborating with and coordinating a network of HR professionals across the region to ensure that the GSO agenda is delivered.
You will need to be highly motivated and passionate about employee engagement. The GSO is growing rapidly and you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing engagement through onboarding, career development initiatives, leadership development, communication and excellent change management.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the career development, talent and succession management for software across the region to ensure that we find great career development opportunities for our people as we grow, and align our greatest talents to our most challenging roles
- Coaching and supporting leaders across the region to realise the full potential of their team members, including leadership development training
- Supporting the leadership team in driving improvements in the way we develop and implement software, advising on effective change management approaches to accelerate adoption
- Defining a communications plan to support engagement and change activity, working in partnership with the global communications team
- Contributing to and implementing the Employee Value Proposition for software careers within Dematic – to support attraction and retention
- Partnering with leaders and talent acquisition to ensure we effectively recruit to achieve our growth ambitions
- Ensuring effective and value-adding onboarding processes to allow new starters to contribute as quickly as possible
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience, ideally with experience of working with populations of technical professionals (engineering, R&D, IT etc.)
- Experience of working across multiple sites/populations, preferably with international exposure
- Highly collaborative with strong consultative, analytical, time management, and project management skills
- The ability to influence, resolve complex problems, and identify systemic issues
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel approximately up to 25% across the region, with potential for limited intercontinental travel
