Being a People Partner at Medpex, is like being a coach within the NBA.

Within your all-star team, you create a learning environment that encourages and motivates one another.

Tasks

As a subject matter expert, you know exactly how to support our managers while they compete with changing processes and developments during the championship of “health-in-one-click”.

You advise them on how to compete with operational HR issues, dribble through personnel processes and jump over HR-related obstacles on the field.

Furthermore, you know how to win the “Employee Experience” trophy!

You take tactical decisions that lead towards influential results and can make our employees celebrate while slam dunking their professional and personal growth.

Requirements

Big chance you will score a “3-pointer” if you:

• Feel responsible for ensuring regular, accurate communication (verbal & written) with relevant parties across the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function
• Have obtained several years of professional experience as an HR partner/personnel officer or in a comparable operational function.
• Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday.
• Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working as well as a structured way of working.
• The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently.
• Completed successfully a degree in economics, psychology or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
• Own a good command of German and English
