Role –Associate - HR
Location –Frankfurt, Germany
Compensation –Competitive

Job Description:
  • Support with Onboarding formalities and processes; exit mailers
  • Organization of events and engagement activities in Germany
  • Compliance processes and document management
  • Cration and issuing the certificates (employment certificates, leave certificates)
  • Preparation of documentation for the authorities e.g. employment certificate for the Employment Agency
  • Query management and personal file maintenance

Required Skills:
  • German and English language skills
  • Diploma / degree in social studies / comparable degree
  • First experience in HR administration processes
