Job Description
We are looking for Pricing Manager to be our new colleague
As Head of SME Proposition Management, you will be leading a unit of dedicated commercial masterminds working across the DACH and Nordic regions with sole aim to craft market leading payment solutions to small and medium sized business. You’ll be working closely with peers across pricing, commercial excellence, marketing, and sales ensuring that customer centricity is at the forefront of everything we do.
You will join the SME management team, reporting directly to the SVP SME Chief Commercial Officer and find yourself with regular interface towards senior management in the wider Merchant Services business unit.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Enabling sales and retention units to win new business and retain existing in face of fierce competition though development of market leading propositions across core payment solutions and the value-added services space
Owning the end-to-end responsibility of strategic commercial projects, including product and offer design, implementation, market positioning and market launch across DACH and Nordics in as well the direct and indirect sales channels
Driving SME commercial agenda on proposition development with Product & Engineering and in the interface with eCom and Key Account commercial units
Delivering clear guidance to Merchant Services senior management on commercial topics in relation to overall strategic and transformation agenda

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. As an analytical and business savvy individual, you are always motivated and self-starting. You prepare your decisions independently, always keeping the customers and their needs at the top of your mind. You have a inherent ability to practice top notch stakeholder management towards both leaderships and peers across the internal value chain.
Your qualifications include a degree in economics, marketing, or similar and previous experience in the same or similar position. You are well versed in dealing with product management, marketing, and sales organizations.
Ideally, you have extensive knowledge of the payment market, especially in the SME space and the relevant competitive environment.
You have strong and engaging leadership skills with the ability to balance team members working across the Nordic and DACH regions.
