We are looking as of now for full-time and direct hires for:

Head of Marketing (m/f/d) Cardio Vascular

We are looking for commercial leaders who will have international responsibility for development and growth for the respective division. Your primary focus will be on successful international commercialization in those segments through short and long term strategic projects. In driving the growth of your division, you will have great latitude to determine the direction and initiatives you choose to implement. Close collaboration with the sales forces, the medical team of the respective division and highly talented individuals in our commercial, medical/scientific and administrational global teams is essential.

Your duties...

• You will strategically and forcefully build and develop the business segment, open up new market opportunities and be essential to constantly optimize the existing company processes.

• You are responsible for the fully comprehensive global commercialization strategy and successful implementation the respective business segment

• Define and ensure the deployment of the marketing strategy through tailor made tactics action plans

• Lead global market research and competitor analysis efforts to help shape and adapt global strategies

• Maintain close contact with key opinion leaders together with the Head of the medical team in your segment

• You will build a global, highly motivated and out-performing team in your segment and stir with vision and entrepreneurial spirit like a company leader: This is a new role, an opportunity to showcase your business and marketing expertise whilst building and developing your high-performance team around you.

• Be a great leader of your people who empowers and inspires; a consensus builder; and able to work across the business seamlessly to contribute to achieve our ambitious goals.

• Work together as one team with the other departments such as Sales, Clinical, Medical, Marketing operations and Product Management.

Your profile…

• You hold preferably but not necessarily a degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, business development, entrepreneurship or a comparable focus

• You have at least 15 years of professional experience in international commercial functions as well as leadership experience in medical device (preferred), biotechnology or pharmaceutical business in the desired medical segment

• Experience in building structures and businesses within the medical sector

• An individual who can develop and express a vision for medical business-related topics and influence the landscape in your medical segment respectively

• You have an excellent feel for the medical market and are passionate about topics such as disruptive therapies and medical devices, transformation and technology introduction

• You see yourself as a visionary and entrepreneur

• Business fluent in English verbal and written is a must, German is a strong plus, any other additional language welcome
