Areas of responsibilities

  • Leading a team of solution architects to design and architecture E2E solutions for B2B business
  • Build strong relationships with biz stakeholders to define requirements, understand & capture biz needs as input for the digital strategy and roadmap execution
  • Lead & execute projects of the digital roadmap in your area of responsibility (AoR)
  • Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands in close collaboration with peers
  • Present solutions and estimates to Digital & IT Leadership, business process owner and service owners in order to gain approval or rejection for the realization
  • Ensure adherence to IT processes as well as policies, principles and guidelines
  • Evaluate new technical solutions based on future biz needs (innovation)
  • Be an ambassador for digital solutions

Your profile of qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Technology or Science or similar education
  • Several years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or Competence Centers in retail or CPG
  • First expierience in functionally and disciplinary leading a team would be a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully integrate available resources
  • Strong analytical and logical skills. Able to construct or modify independently business processes or working methodologies
  • SAP consulting or internal SAP competence center background
  • Experience in SAP roll-outs and template development and governance
  • Comprehensive knowledge in area of SAP S/4 HANA SD and connected modules
  • Comprehensive knowledge in integration with other IT systems
  • Knowledge of project management models (e.g. PRINCE2), frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), IT service management (e.g. ITIL) and different project methodologies (e.g. waterfall, scrum)
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written
