Global Business Strategy & Analytics Specialist (m|f|d)

Miltenyi Biomedicine is a newly established international biopharmaceutical company that develops innovative cell and gene therapies. We are focused on bringing cancer treatments and regenerative therapies to patients. Our initial focus is on difficult to treat hematological cancers using CAR-T technology whilst exploring treatments for solid tumors. We are currently in discussion with the FDA, EMA and Japanese health authorities regarding initiating pivotal Phase II trials. We strongly believe that despite promising developments, there is significant room to improve on current cancer therapies.

Your role

The overall goal of this newly created position is to support Global Business Strategy & Analytics within the Miltenyi Biomedicine organization.
  • In this role, you will assist in gathering deep insights and building recommendations that enables the management to take fact-based decisions, using market analyses, primary market research, forecasting and data analytics.
  • This will include working with third-party vendors which provide further analytical capabilities.
  • You will help design sustainable structures, tools, processes and key figures for a suitable business intelligence architecture within the company.
  • Through analysis and research, you generate measurable values in order to help shaping the pipeline of our products.
  • Internally, you will cultivate a trustful interdisciplinary cooperation and collaborate with various divisions of our company.
Your profile
  • You have successfully completed your studies with focus in economics, finance or business informatics.
  • In addition, you have gained first practical experience within the business segment, management consulting or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent research capabilities and analytical skills as well as the ability to translate findings into strategic thinking is what sets you apart.
  • You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, as well as with other statistical tools.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and like to interact with all hierarchy levels within an organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English as well as a structured way of working round off your profile.
