General Summary:

Tasks:

• Preparation of a monthly management report (month-end closing, stock levels), including an analysis of actual results against various benchmarks

• Support for various FP&A models, including FX model

• Report on key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy and available stock days

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the internal calendar for financial and FP&A deadlines

• Understanding, system support and maintenance of FP&A dashboards and master data architecture

• Collaborate with other regional FP&A and business controlling teams to harmonize local processes and report

• Comply with the Company’s policies and procedures to comply with legal, qualitative and business requirements

• Requirements within the overall strategy and objectives of RF360

Required Education:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable degree

Required knowledge:

• Experience in finance or FP&A with contact to analytics preferred

• Knowledge of SAP and Tableau is an advantage

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of finance/controlling

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely & ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

• Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel

• Confident, engaging, and persuasive communication skills, including presenting information to financial and non-financial audiences
