• Team lead of business solutions team
• Responsible for solution design, project delivery, change management and 3rd-Level-Support for group Finance, Human Resources, Communication and Legal business lines
• Responsible for functional architecture and design for existing and new Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Communications processes and systems
• Ensure team members have goals and targets defined, organize performance appraisals
• Accountable for 2nd- and 3rd-Level-Support
• Define and implement support model for all new solutions, including vendor management, definition of service level agreements and move to operations
• In charge of all current support models and SLAs for all Finance, HR, Legal and Communications
• Accountable for all project lifecycle stages (requirements, dev elopment, testing and implementation)
• When required, delegate project management of specific projects to project managers or other functional analysts
• Ensure business processes are documented and used as input for requirements gathering
• In cooperation with project managers (when applicable) ensure proper cost reporting, provide estimate to complete on projects, define and report budget
• Organize project updates in forms of steering groups with stakeholders (including C / C-1 elements)
• Work with business leaders and teams to identify opportunities for process and system
• improvements and manage their implementation
• Responsible for resource planning of the business solutions team and all related projects
• Several years of experience in deploying system-based solutions to support core finance processes: Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Budgeting and Treasury
• Several years in managing significant projects and programs related with core finance processes
• Several years Experience in commodities or downstream oil & gas
• Experience in process design, mapping and systems implementation
• Experience with standard Communication, HR and Legal processes and systems
• Experience in commodities or downstream oil & gas
• Significant experience with finance modules of ERPs, ideally JD Edwards Enterprise One or SAP
• Experience in working with remote and internally teams and business stakeholders
• Project management experience, namely on cost, plan and scope management
• Excellent English language skills (v erbal & writing), German or Dutch is highly appreciated
• Strong leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, driven and eager to implement change and positive disruption
• Proactive and customer focused “make it happen” mentality
• Well organized and disciplined
• International travel required on case by case basis
• Takes ‘ownership’ of outcome and comfortable in a pressured environment
