YOUR ROLE

  • Collaborate in an international expert team and intercultural, diverse environment
  • Prepare and control real estate business case evaluations (DCF) for strategic decision making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in global real estate planning, controlling, reporting, financial analysis and project management relevant concepts, processes and tools
  • Control real estate office projects investment and ensure project governance
  • Contribute with information / reports / analysis to the decision support of internal stakeholders and committees
  • Prepare & steer the real estate investment planning process
  • Support internal partners with real estate finance expertise

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics, Finance or professional experience in Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Asset Management or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in real estate environment
  • Excellent knowledge level of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Affinity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
  • Analytical, target oriented individual with structured and diligent work approach
  • Stress resistant, agile, self-organized team player with passion for outstanding results
  • Strong communication skills in English
