About The Team

Expanding our horizons: the Internationalisation team leads the charge when it comes to geographical expansion, from scoping to executing as well as incubating new markets. The team is driven by the ambition to open up Trade Republic to the widest possible audience in Europe. We are problem solvers and local business creators, with a strong collaborative and open culture, empowering teams across the organisation to dream big.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be responsible for analyzing and launching new countries to drive our international expansion and gain deep project management, operations and banking experience
  • Drive strategic decisions by collecting, preparing and analyzing information on internal and external processes and independently manage your own key projects
  • Directly report to our Head of Internationalisation, supporting to create and implement processes aiming at effectively expanding internationally
  • Collaborate closely with our Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing & Business Development functions to ensure successful country launches
  • Be part of a thriving, diverse and fun team, that will help you grow professionally
What We’re Looking For
  • You have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university with a Finance/Accounting/Business/Computer Science degree
  • You have 2-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical:
    • You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with data to support your decisions
    • You can break complex problems into smaller ones and are able to draw clear conclusions and formulate efficient action plans
  • Teamplayer:
    • You have strong communication and collaboration skills
    • You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
    • You keep cool under pressure and interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
  • Doer:
    • You are curious by nature, a motivated self-starter and you care about making an impact
    • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty: you are always focused on results
