Your Role:

The EU Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the internal logistics and customer service processes and the central coordination of all supply chain management aspects, the forecast and demand planning and inventory management. Entrepreneurial thinking is the basis for all of your decisions. The candidate acts according to the company guidelines and fulfills his tasks in full. The candidate is responsible for optimization of procurement and supply chain costs and the customer service experience based on continuous improvements to increase efficiency, productivity and to secure future growth. The role will have leadership responsibility.

Key Tasks:

· Supply Chain Planning, Control and Process Optimization

· Demand forecasting based on the Sales & Operations model definition.

· Independent control and documentation of the various KPIs

· Inventory Management

· Leading all EU supply chain projects

· Close cooperation with external partners (e.g. suppliers, service providers) and internal interfaces (HQ, sales, production, marketing, accounting)

· You design processes that are reliable, stable and scalable according to LEAN Management

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree min. 5 years, ideally with a focus on supply chain management

· Several years of professional and management experience in supply chain management and customer service

· Experience in the design and creation of new structures, processes and organizational units

· Knowledge of lean management is desirable

· Business fluent English skills, experience with ERP systems and MS Office

  • Highly motivated team player with a dynamic, hands-on attitude that likes working in an international and multicultural European team.
