Job Summary/Purpose:
The ESG Data Consolidation and Impact Valuation Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and/or creating new functional KPI dashboards, data streams, IT systems, among others, as well as verifying, evaluating and consolidating data in order to support the delivery of reporting services and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting on the definition and maintenance of data manuals, guidelines, units of measurement etc. for new and existing metrics
  • Continuously checking and verifying the availability of human and technical resources to ensure data input and output processes remain functional and efficient
  • Performing random end-to-end data stream flow checks and inspections
  • Periodically reporting on the efficacy of data validation and consolidation mechanisms and proposing improvement needs
  • Ensuring compliance with key reporting standards and regulations (TCFD; GRI, SASB, CSRD, GHG Protocol etc.) as well as industry specific Impact Valuation methodologies

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Degree on Business, Science, Sustainability, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Quantitative studies or related areas
  • 5-10 years of work experience in ESG data collection and management, GHG accounting, data integrity controls, disclosure and verification
  • Exposure to Accounting and third-party assurance methods and their interface with ESG
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening and ability to manage conflicts successfully
  • Adept at building strong relationships, negotiating with a diverse audience, resilient and comfortable in making decisions
  • Ability to create clear findings from large data sets
  • Experience with ESG Metrics/KPIs/Standards (GRI/SASB/CSRD, GHG Accounting etc.), Project Management Software and Methods, Process Mapping, Advanced IT/Tech Literacy
  • Fluent English skills, a second European Language (German, French, Czech or Spanish) will be considered a plus
