European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH (EAT) is a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL Group. It is an aircraft maintenance company as well as a cargo airline. The fleet of EAT Leipzig consists of 36 aircraft, including Airbus A300-600, A330-200 and Boeing 757. At present, destinations in Europe, Africa, North America and the Middle East are approached. The company currently employs approximately 1200 staff at its bases at Leipzig/Halle airport and in Brussels, as well as the outstations in Frankfurt, Cologne and Kopenhagen.

YOUR TASKS

Perform training and personnel evaluation within the base maintenance team including annual reviews of performance and needs

Support, encourage and coach the Off-Wing Power plant Team

Team organization for coverage of office hours, weekend duties, holiday planning

Supervision and optimization of the team and tasks assignment and attribute priorities

Supervision of airworthiness data required to guarantee and safeguard a reliable operation to the best economic conditions

Ensure the daily management and regular reviews of the routine workflow

Ensure the daily management and prioritization of non-routine technical queries as an outcome of daily operational meetings and/or other sources

YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree program and several years of relevant professional work experience or many years of relevant professional work experience as aerospace engineer or similar

Broad experience in aircraft maintenance

Leadership and project experience

Very good knowledge of English and German

Knowledge of company organization and procedures

Good knowledge of IT tools (Office products)

TRAX knowledge desirable

Be familiar with the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition

Distinct leadershipand management skills
