Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

As part of the TRANS4RM Sales leadership team, this role is responsible for defining and implementing the future of Sales Management reporting for adidas.

Working in a cross functional team, this leader will drive alignment, clarity, and commitment towards the future Sales reporting ecosystem. This ecosystem will enable real-time, data driven decisions to respond to our complex global business across all teams and levels of the Sales organization.

Key to success will be demonstrating and reinforcing a growth mindset to help teams navigate our volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment. This focus will help ensure delivery of our Own The Game and TRANS4RM program commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for successful delivery of Sales Management Reporting deliverables for the TRANS4RM program, ensuring clear alignment of future state, execution roadmap and integration into program roadmap.
  • Work in cross-functional team, support decision making and be pragmatic about managing expectations while delivering a clear future-state focus.
  • Maintain expertise in industry best practice Sales/Business reporting through networking with partners, formal training, and keeping a pulse check of internal adidas initiatives.
  • Contribute as part of leadership team to manage and grow the team, providing overall leadership and direction.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • University degree, ideally Business/Financial focus
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience global fashion/sports company
  • 5+ years of relevant Corporate Finance experience
  • Experience working in product-led/agile working environment a plus
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and external consultants.
