Your role

As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) at Workpathyou will be part of a strong and driven team that ensures the Workpath platform and our services are constantly advanced and leveraged successfully to drive our customers transformation. You will guide and consult a small number of customers along their introduction of the Workpath Platform, the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology as well as their overall journey towards an agile network organization.

In this role you will

  • Be in charge to personally manage and consult organizationsalong the entire customer life cycle ranging from the introduction of our software and services to guidance along their transformation journey
  • Monitor the impactof our customers health and transformation efforts to drive customer lifetime value and collaborate with the key stakeholders in solving their key challenges
  • Enable our customers to draw maximum value from the Workpath Servicesby closely working with our Trainers, Consulting Analysts as well as the product development team
Your profile

  • Analytical thinking, structured work style and the ability to learn and adapt fast
  • 3-5 year work experience in fast paced environment, ideally with experience in agile collaboration models and consulting in the context of agile transformation and organizational change in established organizations
  • Very strong communication (fluent in German and English) and presentation skills, passion in working with customers and building sustainable relationships
  • Commitment, vision and the ambition to advance the Workpath Ecosystem to collaborate with all Workpath teams, ranging from product to marketing, content and sales
