We are looking for a CSR and Reporting Specialist - (all genders) to join the global Sustainability and CSR team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The team leads Delivery Hero’s social and environmental efforts, as well as the efforts to care for our riders wellbeing and safety. This role sits within our CSR and Reporting team, which is responsible for leading Delivery Hero’s non-financial reporting and social impact activities. Reporting is undergoing significant change due to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and EU Taxonomy. This role will help the business understand the changes and advise on solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with central functions including finance, risk, legal, as well as engaging with teams in our markets. In addition, we want to develop the next phase of our social impact strategy, and this role may be called on to contribute to our social impact activities where necessary.

Your mission:
  • Support Delivery Hero’s global CSR and sustainability reporting process
  • Set up and manage the data collection processes for non-financial reporting to ensure compliance with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD among others.
  • Collaborate with central functions such as finance and risk departments, environmental team and international entities to develop and collect relevant data points
  • Stay up to date on relevant regulatory requirements and what these mean for the company
  • Manage external partners as necessary
  • Support the development and implementation of social impact and charitable activities
Your heroic skills:
  • Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in non-financial reporting and communications, ideally producing non-financial/CSR/sustainability reports
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Behavior: a passion to save the world, pragmatism to deliver solutions, empathy to connect with those they serve, professionalism and energy.
Nice to have:
  • Experience project management external assurance of a non-financial report
  • Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in CSR, community and partnership development with charitable organisations in a business.
