Coordinator GLBO Landlord Acquisition (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers


Do you have a high sense of respoonsibility and flexibility? Are you open to innovation and the implementation of new technologies with the involvement of all stakeholders? Become part of our team as Coordinator GLBO Landlord Acquisition (m/f/d). In your role, you will use your experience in managing framework agreements with landlords and support us in the infrastructure development of Vantage Towers Gemernay.


Your challenges:

  • You create, deliver and track all necessary support documentation to enable the successful acquisition of a GLBO opportunity.
  • You support the team in daily business activities.
  • You prepare, review and coordinate the offers for the landlord with all stakeholders (e.g. legal).
  • You are the point of contact for internal departments and external suppliers.
  • You create and continuously maintain a database with all specific data of the landlord for internal usage and for the external suppliers.


Your qualification:

  • A successful apprenticeship as a legal assistant, office clerk or similar and at least 3 years of professional experience or a successful degree
  • Experience in managing framework agreements with landlords
  • A responsible, careful and forward-looking way of working
  • Knowledge of documents and processes for a successful buying process
  • Very good English and German skills, written and spoken (B2/C1 according to CEFR)


You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
