We are looking for a Compliance Associate (gn) for our customer within the scope of temporary employment in Ingelheim.

Tasks:

  • Market screening for adult learning opportunities
  • Management of our external Partners and conception of future interaction
  • Screening of external compliance training programs and creation of training concept
  • Support in Funding Board and screening of requests
  • Administer e-learnings (training upload and certificate management)
  • Support with Ethics & Compliance communication
  • Support with training completion rate analysis as required
  • Monitor and support Policies and Procedure process

Requirements:

  • Completed training in the commercial sector od Bachelor Degree
  • Training and Communication experience
  • Experienced in Learning Systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Organized and structured
  • Creativity
  • Independent working style
