YOUR TASKS

As Community & Event Manager (m/f/x) at WBS CODING SCHOOL, you are the first contact for our community, making sure that our students feel fully supported at all times. With an open ear and your empathetic and solution-oriented attitude, you work to ensure that our students’ experience gets a little bit better every day.
Your mission:


  • First contact person for our community
  • Develop, improve and execute the community strategy
  • Proactive collection of feedback and subsequent creation of measures for product optimization as well as customer retention
  • Conception, organization, marketing and moderation of regular internal as well as external (online) events
  • Coding Campus Management incl. on-site support
  • Review Management

Your skills:

  • (Initial) experience in Community and Event Management
  • You are a smiling and caring person
  • You are empathetic, attentive and a true communicator
  • You enjoy contact with people and have a flair for a diverse community
  • You have a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
  • You have a quick perception
  • You are highly proficient in spoken and written English (C1+) and have a good working knowledge of German (B1+)
