F&P Stock Solution GmbH means working in a start-up atmosphere just outside of Berlin. We are international, dynamic, flexible, diverse, and communicative. Who are we? F&P team, with more than 50 employees from over 20 countries, and two Managing Directors who are always involved, approachable, and full of innovative ideas.

We are looking for a Buyer (m, f, d) to join our team and help us expand our wholesale fashion overstock business. You will be part of our motivated buying department and will work from our headquarter close to Berlin.

The buying department of F&P Stock Solution ensures that we can offer F&P customers a well-assorted brand mix. The buying team works closely with the various departments of the company, such as merchandising, B2B sales and logistics. Obtaining new fashion brands is just as much a job for a F&P buyer as negotiating purchase prices.

Your tasks:

  • You will help us develop and optimize a fashionable and high-quality assortment based on analyses and trends.
  • You support us in the search for new suppliers and help us in the long-term and trustful expansion of our supplier relationships.
  • You think flexibly and have ideas to adapt the range to the goods in demand.
  • You work closely with the sales managers as well as our finance department.

You have the following set of expertise:

  • completed business studies in business administration, economics, purchasing management or similar
  • a very good feeling for fashion, trends and lifestyle as well as fun working with numbers
  • you show initiative, you are an organizational talent and have a high performance standard
  • you are proficient in MS-Office products, especially in Excel
  • a positive attitude - pleasure in communication and ability to work in a team
  • business fluent in English, German is a plus
