Your role as a Businnes Development Manager:
  • You will be working closely together with the co-founders and team members
  • You will learn to work with interessting tools such as Hubspot, Notion, Lemlist, Aircall, etc.
  • You will be expanding the sales and taking the company to the next level

The company
Our partner is a rapidly growing software Start-up based in Berlin that set their goal to create the customer communication of the future, recognizing that phone and email are no longer sufficient as the sole communication channels. Instead, they assist German small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in implementing innovative communication through messenger services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and others.


The role
You will receive comprehensive training in professional software sales and have the opportunity to immediately apply what you learn on the job. After the onboarding phase you will become proficient in the business development and sales processes, as well as the software tools necessary for effectively engaging prospects and converting them into satisfied customers. Communication with potential customers will go through email, phone, and video conferencing, qualifying their needs and working closely with our sales team. Understanding customer problems and determining how the Software solution can solve the clients problems will be an important skill you will develop.
