Let’s Talk About You

Your profile
  • Master degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, business development, engineering, PLM or R&D of high voltage components
  • Profound knowledge of bushing applications, HV cable applications, or HVDC / Grid access applications advantageous
  • Sales and negotiation skills and proven ability to explain technically complex products to customers and partners
  • Analytical mindset and systematic work approach
  • Strong will for change and ability to motivate others for change, high team orientation, management and people skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced English is a must, other languages are considered a plus.
  • International work experience is a plus, intercultural team-work is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel worldwide

Your Responsibilities
  • Expert for development of HSP bushing business worldwide focusing on new applications and future business fields
  • Drives, develops, and grows business for new applications and products, such as cable terminations, applications for HVDC and Offshore grid accessor other technically advanced products based on dry type condenser core technology
  • Defines together with PLM and R&D new business fields and Sales strategies / growth plans for key customers
  • Present new technologies to key customers, represents HSP at relevant exhibitions and conferences
  • Provides advanced market analysis and feedback for PLM/R&D to define requirements for development road map, focusing on future technology and trends
