Business Analyst & Data Manager for Automotive Microcontroller (f/m/div)*

• Analyzeand organize raw data, creation and maintenance of data systemsand pipelines
  
• Develop, test and evaluate solutionsforanalytics use casesfrom data collectionand preprocessing, including knowledge extractionall the way to visualization of insights
• Evaluate business needsand objectives and leadsmall analytics projectswith stakeholders from other departments
• Create presentationson progress, outcome and value of analytics use cases to management
• Contribute to the overall roadmap and systematic approach for data analyticsat our ATC MC business line
• Develop first predictive modelingand forecast solutions for MCand preparing and build required data pipelines
• Drive data qualityimprovement initiativesthroughout MC and support the establishment and maintenance of the MC management dashboard
• Take ownership of data governancetopics for MC: Establishing data quality metrics, data catalogues and data literacy initiatives
• Identify and drive new analytic ideaswithin ATV Microcontroller to continuously improve the business value of data analytics solutions in the Business Line

• A degree in Business Informatics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering,Management/Economics with a technical focus or comparable
• At least 5+ years of professional working experienceas a Business Analyst, Data Engineer or Data Scientist
• Knowledge in the field of business, managerial accounting and/or project management experience required
• Expert skills in MS Excel,good knowledge of SQL or R, Python, Denodo (desirable)
• Strong data visualization skills(Prerequisite: Tableau, other tools desirable…) and experience with data storytelling for upper management level
• Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholdercoming from different cultural background(e.g. Japan, Europe and USA)
• An entrepreneurial spirit, a result-driven mentalitywhile feeling comfortable
in taking initiativebeing energetic Fluent English communicationskills in order to present confidently and collaboratively at different levels of hierarchy
