Brand Manager, End Consumer B&W (m/w/d)
Shape & Create - And make it happen!
Manage and implement communication plan EMEA including the development of marketing concepts for the product lines towards the strategic target group-end consumers via the relevant online and offline touchpoints along the consumer journey to increase brand awareness and achieve sales and market share targets.
Key tasks including:
Brand Campaigns:
Development and implementation of Brand campaigns and creative communication tools for the strategic target group end consumers via the relevant online and offline touchpoints along the consumer journey in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
Establish a strong B2C digital communication plan with awareness and CTA (call-to-action) campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales in Core European Markets.
Brand Awareness via social media:
Manage and develop strong B&W Social Media presence throughout all channels by developing inspiring & informative organic content ideas and further increase brand awareness & experience as well as reach new (younger) target groups through fitting influencer and brand cooperations.
Project Management:
Conduct active and efficient project management across different internal departments/teams (see internal contacts) as well as effective management of external agencies and partners (see external contacts).eg Events, fairs, online digital campaigns.
Communication Planning:
Review and update of the defined target group strategy and communication planning / yearly communication calendar by means of "consumer insights" and observation of market and consumer trends, especially in the digital sector, eg. current online interior design, social media, social and lifestyle trends.
Reporting and measurement:
Definition of KPIs as well as continuous success checks /reports of each Brand campaigns to optimize communication concepts and measures taken.
Required qualifications:
- International Business studies with a focus on marketing / communication
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product management or marketing communication functions for international brand Companies or social media / Advertising Agencies, familiar with all major digital communication tools.
- Good communication skills, strategic thinking, hands on, collaborative & multi-cultural sensitiveness.
- Effective project management skills and comfortable with handling digital tools and channels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit. Used to work under pressure with clear scheduling and mile-stones.
- Quick learner, strong analytical competences.
- Growing mindset, develop and coach others/ own teams as role model.
- Strong team player to build collaboration cross global matrix, regional and other function teams.
- Fluent in Deutsch & English reading & writing.
- Proficiency in Office 365 is required.
- Good knowhow in digital marketing tools, trends, practice.
