Allocator (m/f/d) - Hamburg

The main purpose of the Allocator role is to manage the stock with our >200 stores in Northern Europe to secure the right stock at the right time at the right place.

WE DELIVER - Let’s deliver together:

  • Responsible for the weekly allocation of one collection to our >200 stores in Northern Europe.
  • Ensure replenishment stock is secured to quickly respond to campaign trends and peak trading period.
  • Report inventory issues to Demand Planners, Planning Managers and Merchandisers proactively to secure sales upside (shortages) and mitigate downside risks (overages).
  • Manage store requests.
  • Analyse store grading to ensure inventory optimization based on min. and max. capacities and fixture capacity.

  • You have first experience in Merchandising, Allocation or Controlling and/or Fashion Retail.
  • Your analytical skills are strong and you are able manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner.
  • You have excellent communication skills and always have a positive attitude. Good stakeholder management is important to you.
  • You are able to collaborate cross-functionally and geographically and maintain strong working relationships.
  • You are a team player within a high motivated team, to bring our jewelry collections “moments” and “style” to our PANDORA fans.
  • You are interested in familiarizing yourself with new topics in a structured and independent manner.
  • You are fluent in English – verbally and written.
