About The Role

As the agile coach (all genders) you own and drive the agile transformation for the ADAS high computing plattform base software workstream. You will work with multiple development teams their POs and scrum masters in various locations. You are responsible for the agile way of working and agile methodology within the workstream. This goes from defining the workstream agile meeting cadence over assuring the purpose and methodology of each agile workstream meeting to training workstream members in agile development principles.

You will prepare and moderate the overall workstream agile meetings with all POs and Teams, assure quality and completeness of the backlog as well as make sure that the workstream members have understood the purpose and obey the methodology and processes of the defined agile way of working.

Your Tasks Will Be
  • Assess the maturity of the current agile way of working on workstream level, propose and implement improvements with the Scrum Masters, POs and the teams in a distributed organization
  • Structure the workstream agile meeting cadence, define and assure the purpose and methodology of each agile meeting together with the Workstream PO and the Scrum Masters
  • Make sure the purpose, methodology and processes are understood by all stakeholders
  • Embed and synchronize the agile way of working to the classic overall project milestones and timeline
  • Prepare and moderate overall workstream agile meetings with all POs and all Teams such as workstream backlog refinement, sprint planning & overview, release review & retrospective
  • Propose, implement and track methodologies e.g. for quarterly plannings
  • Assure the POs and teams follow the processes and the defined agile way of working
  • Assure quality and completeness of the backlog as well as update of items on time
  • Support by facilitating selected project meetings where needed
  • Collect, track and escalate impediments to the leadership team together with the Scrum Masters
  • Create tools/templates to facilitate the agile way of working and support the methodologies
  • Train workstream members in agile development principles where necessary



Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience and knowledge in agile development principles
  • Scaling agile way of working to larger and distrubuted organizations
  • Backlog creation and planning using Atlassian JIRA
  • Excellent English and German proficiency
  • Experience with embedding agile way of working into classic waterfall project organizations
  • Experience with scaled agile approaches such as LeSS or SAFe
  • Knowledge of the challenges and constraints within the automotive domain

Nice To Have
  • Familiarity with open source licenses and/or being a contributor to open source projects
  • Familiarity with Basic Software, OS and SW-Architecture (Autosar, POSIX, Embedded SW)
  • Understanding of ADAS SW stack and sensor principles
  • Experience with ASPICE and ISO26262 in organizations
