The ERP Support Analyst is responsible for performing professional level business systems analysis and project management activities which include planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining Watts business applications and computer systems.

IT ERP Support Analyst for QAD EE and TMS (DE, GB, SG, AU) business sites

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing functional support of the QAD EE ERP system, EDI, TMS (Transport Managing System) and integrations for resolution and corrective measures on incidents, requests and problems.
  • Manage expectations with key stakeholders (Customers, PM’s and Business Analysts. Etc.) as to delivery and status of the deliverables
  • Understand business and technical requirements; develop, document, and implement solution designs in business areas
  • Manage application service and change request (problem resolution, new features, new structures, configuration settings).
  • Adhere to IT Policies and Controls.
  • Definition, design, documentation, and implementation of ERP functional changes to improve processes and services as per the business requirements.
  • Coordinate and maintain the configuration of live ERP modules in multiple areas
  • Ensures that the solutions leverage the standard configuration settings and that the technical designs are documented
  • Actively participate in testing to validate the implemented features
  • Contribute to the development of user support and training modules and manuals
  • Run the ERP upgrade projects
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of user support and training modules and manuals.
  • Train key users in support of upgrade, enhancements, and refresher courses
  • Planning and executing yearly disaster recovery testing
  • Participate and support in periodic audit cycles

The ERP Support Analyst Should Have
  • Proven implementation, business analysis and functional support role (troubleshooting) experience (minimum 5 years) with ERP-systems down to a component level in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience with ERP systems and EDI (ERP QAD is preferable)
  • Strong functional background in either Finance & Controlling or Supply Chain & Operations as ERP support analyst
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management processes, preferably ITIL
  • Experienced in project management
  • Professional level proficiency verbal and written in English (German is plus)

Reporting Structure & Location

This role reports to the IT Manager DACH, CEE, SEE, UK and BENELUX and is based in Landau office in Germany.
