Purpose of the Job
  • You will manage Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible.
  • You will be responsible of the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you are contributing to.
  • Build and develop the EHI technical competency in the team.

Responsible for:
  • Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration,
  • Managing the EHI QCD of his/her project,
  • Managing the EHI work-load of his/her project, and effective utilization of Harness designer
  • Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance)

Knowledge & Experience :
  • Engineering School Graduate
  • Total experience 5 + Years
  • Electrical and electro technique engineering knowledge,
  • Experience in activity management (at least 2 years),
  • Team management (at least 2 years),
  • Train system and Harness Integration knowledge,
  • Industrial and manufacturing (Harness) view in order to better understand his “internal clients”,
  • Electrical 3D CAD experience (at least 3 years),
  • Fluent English and German
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skill
