Your responsibilities

You analyze and monitor all relevant areas of our digital contact points (product pages, shopping cart, checkout) and KPIs (e.g. response time, traffic, conversion) with regard to performance and functionality
You continuously develop the dashboarding for the eCommerce management team
Based on the conversion funnel, you show optimization potential along the customer journey
You support the product owners and the Test & Learn Team in the implementation of A / B tests and the analysis of the customer journey / conversion funnel / campaigns in an omnichannel environment
You challenge all eCommerce departments based on the data to get one step better every day
You support the development of analytics know-how in other team

Your skills

You have a degree (e.g. business administration, mathematics, business informatics, etc.) or a comparable education with several years of professional experience in a similar position
You have good knowledge of data analysis and statistics
You have good experience with Adobe Analytics or Exactag
You have already gained experience in SQL
You have a data driven growth mindset and a hands-on mentality
You work in a structured and organized manner and approach challenges analytically
You are good at communicating and have business fluency in German and English
