The MIKUTA brand was founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White, starting in 2017 with a small jewellery line, which later expanded to clothing in 2019. MIKUTA is a young, wild & free-inspired fashion brand for modern women with a glimpse of rock’n’roll. MIKUTA is currently one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the fashion market.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal. We are currently working with Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter Collection cycles and soon grow to a product portfolio of more than 150 products.

We are now launching our very first Flagship store in Berlin, which will enable us to be closer to our customer base. It is important for us that our community can experience the brand in person before making their purchase decision. This Retail store will be the leading example for future Stores to come.

About The Job

We’re looking for a dedicated and friendly German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is all about making sure our German-speaking customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience when interacting with MIKUTA. You’ll be helping customers with inquiries, orders, and any issues they may have, all while representing the MIKUTA brand in the best possible way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via email, phone, and chat to our German-speaking customers. Assist with inquiries related to orders, products, and general customer support.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions and share customer feedback to improve our services.
  • Represent the MIKUTA brand in all customer interactions, embodying our values and commitment to a high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems as needed.

About You

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
