Digital Marketing Manager
At Sonova Audiological Care we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the digital offer for our customers. You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Marketing and Omnichannel corporate function, which is located across different countries. This specific position will be located in Berlin.
The Marketing and Omnichannel unit is responsible for developing and implementing state of the art digital solutions for our customers, consisting of industry experts in Product Management, Pricing, Branding and Communications, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation and Conversion, Customer Decision Journey
and Analytics.
The Digital Marketing Manager is mainly responsible for paid online media efforts and to support the Marketing departments in all the countries in Europe, to drive business growth.
Tasks
- Research and develop digital media campaigns for the European countries with a special focus on CRM
- Work together with the team of marketing managers to align, manage & optimize communication across all digital media channels of the markets. Some of the tasks involve:
- Communication with the countries, discussing and evaluating growth opportunities
- Overlooking global CRM strategies, sharing knowledge across countries and executing new campaigns ongoingly
- Supporting the countries in campaign management, reporting and planning, predominantly in CRM and paid social
- Coordinating with partner agencies to continuously improve campaign performance
- Run experiments across channels to improve our marketing performance ongoingly and do in-depth analysis to interpret results
- Research and analyze advertising methods of competitors
- Provide regular campaign reports in close collaboration with the digital analytics manager
- Act as the internal digital media expert
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- At least 3 years’ work experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (in start-ups or corporate environment) - ideally with a focus on CRM
- Strong holistic understanding of customer journeys and customer life cycle management.
- Healthcare Industry and lead generation experience is an advantage.
- Ability to easily get into new tools and adapt to changes in the digital space (especially in the specified domain).
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills in line with the countries in our organization are nice to have).
- Excel, Google Analytics,Facebook Business Manage (familiarity with Photoshop and similar Design Software is nice to have).
