For our Takeda Commercial Unit (EUCAN) in Berlin, we are looking for a
Digital Health Lead (m/f/d)
in a permanent position and in full time.
Our Digital Health Lead (m/f/d)drives LOC digital health agenda and implementations of 3D1 (Dx, Digital health, Data& Intelligence) solutions and oversees LOC VBP capability and local strategic partnerships.
Your tasks in detail:
- Defines local VBP & Digital Health priorities and drive acceleration of digital health capabilities, aligned with EUCAN priorities
- Tests, implements, and executes scalable 3D1 lighthouse initiatives around digital health solutions jointly with the EUCAN DDT project pool driving platform integration (prioritize them to-gather with EUCAN)
- Co-creates and scales 3D1 solutions and support the EUCAN digital health community with capability building and best practice sharing
- Scope of application goals, requirements, stakeholders, resources
- Leading digital council to drive innovation, implement VBP strategy and share insights
- Manages local digital health & VBP Team
- Takes ownership over Digital Health technology and thought leadership
- Aligns local digital patient solutions with EUCAN platform priorities
- In charge of cross-functional alignment, business cases and implementation
- Supports the EUCAN digital health community with co-creation, scaling and best practice sharing
- Acts as single point of contact for EUCAN digital health steer committee, ensure local X-functional alignment and resource prioritization
- Strengthens Takeda’s positioning in local healthcare ecosystem to be the leader in VBP and digital health innovation
- Development of a strategic IPC (Integrated Personalize Care) approach, promote early diagnostics, and improved patient outcome and definition of LOC priorities aligned with business needs and patient needs
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or comparable (Master’s degree preferred)
- Min. 8-year experience in Health Care
- Exceptional understanding of HC environment, future trends and innovative mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise a wide variety of tasks and requests and work with a complex set of stakeholders
- Ability to translate technology and tools to a non-technical audience and good communication skills
- Expertise related to digital health solutions, Health data and digital innovation in pharma
- Demonstrated excellence in building long-lasting HC ecosystem partnerships
- Strong Design Thinking capabilities
- Fluent in English and German
