Your profile
  • University degree in (business) informatics or comparable education
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Controlling and Data Science; ideally operational experience
  • Deep Knowledge of BI Tools (Jedox, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Excel) as well as understanding of (commercial) processes and respective systems (SAP/ ERP)
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Oracle, Python, R) and about Service business
  • High analytical skills with an accuracy and attention to detail as well as a high level of mathematical ability
  • Fluent language skills in English, ideally in German and other languages
  • Communication skills in intercultural surrounding and therefore in the remote working arena

Your Responsibilities
  • Main contact and interface to all stakeholders on division level with the clear target to improve automation and digitalization in forecasting & reporting processes throughout the Transmission division by representing the Transmission Service interest
  • Collecting use cases within the organization, setting priorities, establish concepts as well as executing the implementation of such use cases (e.g., optimization of cost center controlling, automated forecasting by also using artificial intelligence)
  • Working closely with all levels in Transmission Service business incl. the respective process responsible and hubs to streamline processes to achieve automation on a global level and leverage the need of operational effort versus management requirements
  • Ensuring standardization for defined processes around the world also by using and rolling out the same tools (e.g., FC Process)
  • Ensuring the development of reporting procedures, driving cost savings, and continuously simplifying processes by fostering on digitalization
  • Responsibility for visualization of data for different management level
