We are looking for Deployment Managers with a proven track-record within the Pharma and / or Telco industry. Perfect candidates are fluent in German and / or English, and ideally based in Germany or Switzerland. Sidekick Network permanently staffs projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 months. The projects are usually conducted on-site in the DACH region.

Tasks

The tasks for this position depend on the client’s project and demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a complex and international system deployment / rollout projects
  • Project management, Scrum or DevOps certification
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods in global transformations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, hands-on mentality
  • Excellent at communicating and coordinating, with people at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Change management and process improvement skills with direct experience in delivering complex business process as well as organizational change
  • Great Office 365 skills
  • Experienced working in an international environment
  • Experienced in using project management tools, such as Smartsheet and Jira
  • University degree in Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent fields
  • Excellent skills in English spoken and written
  • Readiness to travel

  • Leading virtual teams

  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry
