Your tasks

You monitor the smooth operation of our robot fleets at our customers’ sites
You analyze and troubleshoot unplanned software and hardware behavior
You communicate directly with our customers and manage the fault clearance process
You help our internal teams to further improve the tools and processes in the area of remote operations
You support reporting and help to further stabilize the robot fleet
You support our experts in the execution of service missions in the customer warehouse

Requirements

You are studying computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
You have good knowledge of the command line under Linux
You have already gained some experience in robotics, especially with ROS
Initial experience in the area of supply chain management is desirable
You are willing and flexible to work alternately in the team of remote operators, also in early/late shifts (e.g. from 05:30 or until 23:30) or on Saturday
You are an open and proactive person
You speak very good German and business fluent English
