Join us as a Working Student and be part of our agile, cross-functional and international team. You will have the opportunity to gain insights and to bring in your ideas in various HR activities, such as On- & Offboarding, Employer Branding, Recruiting, People Management and Learning & Development.

Your mission

  • Being the first personal touchpoint for candidates during our recruiting process, e.g. candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews
  • Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations as well as all colleagues with various HR-relevant questions, e.g. administration of employee files, invoices management, cooperations
  • Taking responsibility for the administrative onboarding process of new team members
  • Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our HR tools (e.g. Personio, Leapsome) and documentation of our HR processes
  • Supporting with communicating our employer brand and creating target-group related content: e.g. job postings, maintenance of all our communication channels, organization of events
  • Gaining insights into planning of learning & development activities and supporting in execution
  • Working independently on various topics and contributing to a variety of HR-related projects
Your profile

  • Student enrolled in Business Administration, Psychology, Educational Science, Sociology or a comparable field for at least another year
  • Ideally first practical experience in the HR field
  • Available 3-5 days/week (20 hours/week)
  • Strong organizational and communicational skills paired with an service-oriented and open mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks diligently without losing the focus and attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently but also as a collaborative team player
  • Creative mind that likes to break new ground and is not afraid to try new approaches in solving problems
  • Excellent command of German and English is required
