You are careful, detail-oriented and want to step in the world of HR and Administration? You are an Excel expert and have a knack for tools and technology? Then this working student position at the intersection of Tools & Analytics, Administration & Payroll is something for you.


  • Data Migration - support our Workday project team in data migration and potentially other areas
  • HR System- We are at the early phase of our implementation process and this will be an amazing chance to learn from a very best-in-class IT Project Management Team and get to know top-notch HR system in the world - Workday
  • File Organisation - Arrangement of our personnel files (both digital and physical files) and follow up to make sure that all personnel digital folders are completed
  • HR Reports - Monthly reporting and adhoc report, if any
  • Exchange - Interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Student enrolled in majors similar to Business Administration, Accounting or other related areas
  • Reliability, detail- and process-orientation
  • Good Excel skills
  • Business fluency in both German and English
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week
