Within Engineering Processes, we are establishing common process standards and skills to deliver outstanding project success of CapEx Projects and Packaging Innovation Projects throughout all of Intersnack. This includes

  • establishing and improving process standards in Project Management, Start-Up Management and Packaging Development in alignment with all interrelated functions,
  • training the defined resources based on needed skill levels, and
  • managing a capability building organization of Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts and Trainers for the respective process standards throughout all of Intersnack.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in developing Project Management templates and training materials
  • Support in managing the international process team
  • Support in organizing and conducting trainings with international colleagues
  • Set-up and maintain trainings in our Learning Management System (Infor LMS)
  • Set-up and maintain process flows and Standard Operating Procedures in our Business Process Management system (ARIS) and align the Engineering process interfaces with other functions
  • Set-up and maintain an integrated SharePoint for all further process documents
  • Support in developing Qualification standards
  • Create content for and maintain the Group Engineering Intranet SharePoint

Job requirements

Education:

  • Master’s student in Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or learning-related fields
Experience: First project experience, ideally in FMCG sector and/or Engineering projects

Functional competency
  • Good Project Management knowledge, ideally in one Project Management standard (e.g. PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2)
  • Training competency is beneficial
  • Business Process Management competency is beneficial
Skills required for the job (hard measures)
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Skills in mentioned systems (SharePoint, Infor LMS, ARIS) are beneficial
  • Fluent spoken and written English, additional language skills are beneficial

  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • Structured, thorough and reliable way of working
  • Flexibility and a positive “can do” approach
  • Self-driven and hands-on attitude with the ambition to get things done

Location of place of work is Cologne / Düsseldorf or remotely from one of Intersnack’s Management Units. The Line Manager is located in Cologne.
