Become part of our Tiens Group team immediately / by arrangement in Warehousing Specialist of Europe Region (m/w/d)

• You will manage the primary relationship with the 3rd party logistics provider and the associate network to deliver a first-class supply chain operation in EU markets.
• You will be the responsible for all contractual and operational negotiations for third party carriers, warehousing & packaging operations to maintain a competitive cost position
• You will be strictly responsible for analysis and identification of cost reduction opportunities across all third-party transportation and warehousing contracts
• You will be undertaking the delivery and achievement of operational excellence by developing and continuously improving supply chain management strategies, systems and processes to drive high performance within EU transportation.
• You will ensure optimum regional inventory levels according to agreed KPI’s
• You will look and keep track on budget and operations of distribution centers in Europe to constantly improve delivery time, efficiency, and service quality.
• You will keep an eye on local distributors’ and agent offices’ storage and warehousing.
• You will be responsible for the logistic related issues in the eCommerce (JTMM) department.

• You should have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or similar field of study
• You must have 3+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, transportation, B2C and B2B operations
• You must have solid working experience with third party pick, pack and ship warehouse.
• You should be highly motivated and will able to grasp knowledge of the supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
• You must be excellent in communication skills, organization and coordination ability and negotiation ability.
• You must be fluent in speaking and writing in Poland and English
