Your Contribution:

• You are technically and disciplinary responsible for an agile product management team (10 people) for our B2B2C platform, which is the basis for our many medical applications
• In doing so, you analyze the e-health market, monitor the competition and adapt the product strategy to our company strategy through definitions and developments
• In close cooperation with internal B2B and B2C departments, you condense your collected results into innovative product ideas and use cases, which you support with business plans
• On this basis, you will design the overarching roadmap together with your team of product owners (m/f/d) and product managers (m/f/d) and be responsible for its timely completion and cost-effectiveness
• Your good stakeholder management and negotiation skills make it easy for you to successively drive the expansion and development of solutions with the involved teams and other interfaces
• You take responsibility for the roadmap and can communicate it conscientiously both internally and externally
• You understand how to be an interface between technology and sales/marketing and how to ensure the necessary communication
  
  

Your Qualification:

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, information management or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience in agile product management with a focus on software, IoT, web, app, or e-commerce platforms
• Extensive experience with current software development processes and workflows especially in the development of enterprise platforms
• You are able to lead and inspire product managers as well as senior and junior managers and help them to grow
• Technical and disciplinary leadership experience for teams of up to 10 people, e.g. as a team leader (m/f/d) or vice president (m/f/d)
• Very high market and customer orientation, conceptual strength and an entrepreneurial attitude round off your profile
• Your fluent German and English skills make interdisciplinary communication easier for you
