About the Position

Locations: Berlin

As a Venture Partner, you will have full responsibility for our customer projects, whereby a customer can be one of Germany’s hidden champions in the field of mechanical engineering as well as a listed company in the insurance industry. You are in constant contact with the top management of these companies and ensure the success of the project on your own. Bridgemakers Venture Partners design new digital strategies in close exchange with our clients. In order to guarantee the successful implementation of the projects, security in resource management and experience in team leadership are required.

A Venture Partner contributes significantly to the development of our corporate culture and strategy, therefore he/she has excellent leadership skills and is responsible for leading a team of Venture Architects in the different phases of development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years relevant professional experience, of which at least two years experience are in project management or personnel management
  • Experience in business or innovation consulting
  • Ideally, knowledge in the area of setting up a business
  • Strong customer-oriented thinking and communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
Your tasks

  • Ideation phase:
  • You are in charge of the creation and implementation of cluster analyses, expert interviews as well as idea validation and idea generation for our partners
You convert new technologies and trends into market-valid ideas
  • Conception phase:
  • Together with your team you create the business case, the first MVP and bring the concept to launch
  • Incubation phase:
  • You temporarily take over a C-level position
Together with your team, you create a detailed start-up concept
  • Growth phase:
  • You take care of the scaling of the operations during the growth phase
You recruit the new founding team
You prepare the soft- and hard-launch of the new product
  • General scope of duties:
  • You lead and manage your team independently
You are the main contact person for the customer and the team
You take over the leadership and further development of a team of about four Venture Architects
You develop a unified vision for the project, together with your client
You design the strategy for concrete concepts for your customers. You are also responsible for the implementation and execution of the concepts
You bring the different product and tech teams together at one table
