We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in Sommacampagna as Team Manager Workshop Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our technical workshop operations, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional customer experiences, and efficient team management.
- Operational Leadership: Lead a diverse team of technicians, coordinators, and support staff to ensure the smooth and effective operation of technical workshops. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and overall efficiency.
- Workshop Planning and Executing: Develop detailed workshop schedules, allocate resources, and manage logistics to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality for workshop execution. Develop and enforce standardized processes, checklists, and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate workshop outcomes.
- Customer and Affiliate Service Partner (ASP) Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for technical escalations, liaising with HQ to find the best solution, provide answers to Customer/ ASP directly or through CS Agents.
- Team Leading: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your team members. Identify opportunities for training and development to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage workshop resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Invoicing and Cost Management: Own the Customer and ASP invoicing process and monitor workshop expenses making informed decisions to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on workshop performance. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Good knowledge of the cycling industry, its main operators, and processes.
- Proven team management skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make customer focus decisions under resource constraints.
- Occasional travel is possible for you.
- You embrace a hybrid way of working.
- Very good English skills, written and spoken and fluent Italianlanguage skills.
